Shelby Nace Partner
Shelby Nace advises and represents technology companies and other businesses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters nationwide, with a focus on complex commercial chapter 11 cases. Her practice centers on maximizing recoveries and protecting clients’ interests across all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including negotiating and resolving contract and claim disputes and addressing issues arising in connection with chapter 11 plans and asset sales.
Prior to joining Bialson Bergen & Schwab, Shelby represented both debtors and creditors in in- and out-of-court restructurings, reorganizations, and liquidations, giving her a well-rounded perspective in handling the legal and strategic complexities of restructuring matters.
Ms. Nace is a member of the State Bar Associations of New York, Colorado and Texas. She is also an active member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
