Shelby Nace Associate

Overview

Shelby Nace represents and counsels technology companies and other businesses in bankruptcy and insolvency matters throughout the United States, with an emphasis on complex commercial chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Prior to joining Bialson Bergen & Schwab, her practice involved a variety of debtor and creditor representations for both in- and out-of-court restructurings, reorganizations, and liquidations, which provides her a unique perspective in analyzing all aspects of  insolvency matters.

Professional Affiliations

Ms. Nace is a member of the State Bar Associations of New York, Colorado and Texas. She is also an active member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
