Carolyn Hand Associate

Carolyn Hand is an experienced commercial litigator who routinely represents technology companies in domestic and international complex business disputes. Her practice has also included representing large corporations in securities and antitrust litigation, employment litigation, regulatory matters, and government investigations, both as internal and external counsel.

Prior to joining Bialson Bergen & Schwab, she was Senior Counsel, Global Litigation & Regulatory at Pinterest, where she managed a wide variety of litigation and regulatory matters. Prior to working at Pinterest, she worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she primarily represented companies in securities litigation and governmental and internal investigations.
